About The Course

This three-day course leading to the ITIL Foundation qualification will enable delegates to understand the key concepts and terminology within the ITIL framework. Delegates will sit the ITIL exam on the final day.

You will be required to complete some pre-course work prior to your attendance, to ensure you are fully-prepared for this classroom course. Whilst attending you should also be prepared to complete some evening work.

This is an intensive three-day course which includes the ITIL Foundation examination, which takes place on the final day.

Important note regarding pre-course

There is mandatory online pre-course work that must be undertaken prior to attending this course. It is expected that it will take approximately six to eight hours to complete. You will be sent full instructions with a link to the online pre-course within 48 hours of your confirmed booking.

In addition, whilst attending your course there will also be some examination preparation evening work.
