Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments. These are processed by one of the largest Payment Service Provider in the UK, PayPal. Your card will be charged in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the British Pound transaction value shown to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All products shipped within the United Kingdom will be subject to a standard shipping charge of £9.99 or more per item. All orders from the UK to the European Union will be subject to a minimum shipping charge of £15.00 per item, all orders outside the UK will be subject to a minimum shipping charge of £25 per item(dependent on criteria e.g. weight, volume weight, number of items, local shipping logistics in final destination country etc.).

Delivery Schedule We will aim to send your order out within 3 working days. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery for UK locations, allow up to 10 working days or more for locations outside the UK. If you have a more urgent requirement, please contact us info@pp-changemanagement.com and we can arrange express delivery (at an additional cost) and possibly online access to your chosen course if applicable whilst you wait for the order to arrive.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if this is possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For Digital/E-Learning courses, orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added, for orders made from other countries in the European Union their relevant individual VAT code for the specific country is calculated and added. All other orders outside the UK and European Union are VAT free. Note that Classroom courses taking place in the UK will attract 20% VAT irrespective of the country of the client. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

E-Licence Term and Termination

E-learning access is for twelve (12) months from the date on which they are purchased by the Customer unless specified otherwise. A student is entitled to a full refund on an E-learning course/license if they request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, but note that no refunds shall be given for the cancellation of an E-learning course/license that has been activated(accessed by clicking into the allocated course), no matter when cancellation is notified to us . The exam vouchers purchased in connection with an E-learning course/license must be redeemed before the licence period expires. An E-learning Exam voucher can only be refunded if cancellation is requested within 14 days and if the code issued has not been redeemed by the student.

Exams and classroom work shops associated with our Blended Learning courses must be booked and attended during the Licence Period. The Licence will terminate immediately on the expiry of the Licence Period.

Exam Vouchers

If you have booked a classroom course, the relevant exam(s) will be taken during your time in the classroom. Should you wish to reschedule your exam, there will be an additional £30 administration fee.

If you have bought an e-learning licence or blended learning course, and you’re ready to take your exam, you need to think about how you would like to do that. There are a couple of different options – you can take your exam at one of the ILX training venues, or by online proctor from the comfort of your own home. When you booked, you were sent an exam code to redeem. You will need this once you’ve made your decision about how to sit your exam. Voucher lengths will vary depending on the examining body (Peoplecert, APMG International, APM, BCS or EXIN), so please make sure you’re ready to take the exam before redeeming your code.

You can reschedule the exam as many times as you like within the period covered by the voucher. Exam vouchers can be extended, but only when the exam voucher is still valid/in date. Vouchers can only be extended for a maximum of six months, at a cost of £30 per request (plus VAT where applicable).You cannot extend a voucher that has already expired. Instead you will need to purchase a new voucher.

Peoplecert cancellation charges

If your voucher is still in date, and you wish to cancel a Peoplecert exam, cancellation charges will apply. They are as follows:

  • Up to 48hrs before the exam: Free
    • Candidates can cancel or change the exam date through their Peoplecert profile for free
  • 48hrs to 4hrs before the exam:
    • Candidates can change the exam date directly through their Peoplecert profile at a cost of £40 (plus VAT where applicable) — you will be charged by Peoplecert
    • Contact us and we can cancel the exam for you at a cost of £30 per request (plus VAT where applicable) — you can then rebook your exam if your voucher is still in date
  • 4hrs to 0hrs before the exam:
    • Candidates can change the exam date through their Peoplecert profile at a cost of £80 per request (plus VAT where applicable) — you will be charged by Peoplecert
    • Contact us and we can cancel the exam for you, at a cost of £80 per request (plus VAT where applicable) — you can then rebook your exam if your voucher is still in date

Classroom Courses, Cancellation and Transfer

Classroom courses and their respective exams must be attended within 12 months of the date on which they are purchased by the Customer.

The venue and date of the course will be as advised to the Customer at the time of booking. Our Course suppliers reserve the right to change the location of the course, to cancel or reschedule any course and ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited will advise the customer as soon as this change is known. ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to work with our course suppliers to avoid changes of this nature.

When this is unavoidable subject to our Course suppliers refund policy, ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited will refund, in full, all monies paid by the customer, or at the customer’s option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.

Customer Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least four weeks before the start of a classroom course. Where the notice to cancel and or transfer is given is less than four weeks but more than two weeks, cancellations or transfers will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the course fee. Where cancellations or transfers are made less than two weeks to the start of a course, a charge equivalent to 100% of the course fee will still be payable by the Customer. The Customer accepts that cancellations and transfers made with four weeks or less notice means that ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited will have difficulty in finding a new customer to take the customers place and that the above fees represent a real and fair pre-estimate of the costs and loss of profits ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited could have made had the customer not cancelled or requested to transfer.

Transfers beyond this point can be arranged but the Customer will be liable to pay a fee.

In respect of Blended Learning courses containing an e-learning and workshop or exam element, the Customer must attend the workshop and or exam element(s) within the Licence Period. Should the Customer fail to attend within this period then ProcurPortfolio & Change Management Limited reserves the right to charge the Customer another fee to book the workshop and or exam element, which will charged at the market rate (in current).
